Our Classes

  • Strength

    Strength is our signature strength training class. This is legitimate strength training, not cardio with weights like you might see in other group fitness classes. We focus on solid form, progressing our weights, and improving from week to week, month to month, and year to year. Time to get strong!

    Strength is currently offered Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.

  • Heat

    Heat days are cardio days! We have two versions.

    Tuesdays and Sundays are our steady state conditioning days. You’ll see longer cardio intervals at a moderate intensity level. Think zone 2 cardio. You’ll leave with a nice sweat and more pep in your step.

    Thursdays and Saturdays are our high intensity interval training (HIIT) days. You’ll see shorter cardio intervals at a high intensity level. Work hard then recover. This is our most advanced cardio class.
