Classes

Lift

Lift is our signature strength training class. This is legitimate strength training, not cardio with weights like you’ll commonly see in other group fitness classes. Our unique blend of functional strength training and bodybuilding incorporates dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight movements. Each workout is intelligently programmed with two goals in mind: build strength and look good naked!

Lift+

Lift + is our signature strength training class with a short but intense cardio finisher. This is legitimate strength training, not cardio with weights like you might see in other group fitness classes. We focus on solid form, progressing our weights, and improving week to week, month to month, and year to year. We save time at the end of class to get the heart rate up and break a nice sweat!

Move

Move is our moderate intensity conditioning day. The goal of these classes is to improve cardio health while mixing in strength, skill, agility, and mobility movements that we can’t squeeze in on Lift days. You’ll leave with a nice sweat, an extra pep in your step, and most importantly you’ll be ready to come back and hit it hard the next day!

Sprint

Sprint is our high intensity conditioning day. You can expect a mix of cardio elements and dynamic movements performed at a high intensity level. The goal of this class is to improve speed, power, athleticism, and overall conditioning.

High-Quality Gym Equipment

At Heat Strength, we provide virtually every piece of equipment you could hope for to keep workouts interesting and effective. Our facility is outfitted with squat racks, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls to help you build strength. For conditioning, we offer Rogue Echo Bikes, Concept2 rowers and ski ergs, Assault Runner treadmills, Torque tanks, and battle ropes. Everything you need to crush your training goals is right here!

Heat Strength is conveniently located close to downtown and Raleigh Ironworks, right off Atlantic avenue with easy access to Capital Blvd.

Our new location features a spacious, open-layout facility designed to enhance your training experience. Large garage doors flood the space with natural light and allow us to seamlessly bring our workouts outside. The turf area is ideal for sled pushes, agility drills, and mobility exercises. Plus, our fully equipped locker rooms ensure a convenient and comfortable end to your gym session!
